We hereby inform you that we are processing your personal information, which you have provided us with after contacting us via e-mail or telephone.

This data is being sent to us in an e-mail message, including the contact form, leaving a request to contact you by telephone or sending an inquiry using any other communication channel.

Purpose and grounds for processing

The data are processed for the following purposes:

  • response to the received e-mail inquiry or a telephone call performed in response to a request for contact addressed to us – the legal grounds for the processing of your data is a consent arising from the initiation of contact with us (art. 6 item 1(a)GDPR),

Data recipients

As a result of your contact with us, your data may be granted for processing to the following entities: 1. eHost Sp. z o.o., ul. Cichockiego 13/6, 24-100 Puławy – in order to store data contained in the e-mail exchange on the server for the mailbox.

Duration of data storage

Your data will be stored until the communication with us is in progress. Afterwards it may be deleted or be subject to archiving in case the communication process justifies such actions i.e. if it needs to be presented in the future. In such event, we are not able to specify a concrete date the data will be deleted.

Entitlements associated with processing

Due to the fact that your data may be processed, you have the following rights:

  • right to access your data and to receive a copy of it,
  • right to clarify (rectify) your data,
  • right to remove your data (if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to keep processing your data, you can require us to delete it).
  • right to limit processing of the data (in the event of us possessing unjust data or processing it groundlessly, you may require us to limit the processing of your data to storage and performance of activities approved by you),
  • right of objection towards processing of the data (you have the right to object processing of the data based on the legally justified interest; you shall specify the situation which, in your opinion, justifies the discontinuation of processing of the data. We shall discontinue processing of your data for the abovementioned purposes, unless we can prove that our grounds of processing of your data are superior to your rights, or that we require your data to settle, assert or defend claims),
  • right to transfer data (you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with, based on the contract or provided consents, in a structured, commonly used format which is machine readable. You may require us to send this data directly to another entity),
  • right to file a complaint to a supervisory body (in the event you decide that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may file a relevant complaint to the Chief Inspector of Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory body).
