We hereby inform you that we process your personal data provided to us in connection with email or telephone contact.

These data are transmitted to us by sending an email, including via the contact form, leaving a request for a telephone contact, or submitting an inquiry through any other communication channel.

These data are processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and possible archiving of correspondence. Details are provided below.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing:

  • Responding to received email inquiries or telephone contact at your request – the legal basis for processing is your consent arising from initiating contact with us (art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
  • Archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence in case it is necessary to prove its course, which is our legitimate interest (art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Data Recipients

In connection with contacting us, your data may be processed by the following entities:

  • eHost Sp. z o.o., Cichockiego 13/6 Str., 24-100 Puławy – for the purpose of storing your data contained in email correspondence on the email server.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be processed until the communication with us is completed. After this period, they may be deleted, but they may also be archived if we determine that the course of communication justifies such archiving, e.g., in case it is necessary to prove its course in the future. In this respect, we are unable to specify a definite deletion date.

  • the right to restrict processing,
  • the right to object to processing,
